- DC Chip Floor
The Tufco DC Chip Floor System is a two-part epoxy floor system with a specialized paint-chip finish, creating a unique finish that is perfect for light-traffic areas.
This system is ideal for garages, hangars, restrooms, office spaces, and retail. The floor creates a smooth finish that is easily broom-cleaned, mop-cleaned, and will still hold up to strong detergents and cleaning agents. With a wide variety of blends, the aesthetics can meet your specific design needs.
- ESD Flooring
Tufco has developed a proprietary Electrostatic Dissipative Flooring System for clean rooms, electronics manufacturing, and other areas where static charges can become issues. We use the same methods of floor preparation as our other floor systems and our industrial-strength epoxy for the base coats. This allows us to provide the same quality and longevity expected from Tufco Floors. We finish the flooring system with two coats of a specialized epoxy, providing the ESD properties required.
- Novolac Flooring
For areas with extremely corrosive chemicals, we have developed flooring systems consisting of Novolac Epoxy resin. These systems are ideal for chemical containment and manufacturing, where acids in concentrations up to 100% are coming in constant contact with the floor.
- Additional Systems
Tufco can also provide custom solutions for other areas specific to your needs, including extreme-temperature environments, light or medium traffic areas, and other areas where other flooring products may not be adequate.
- Tufco Polymer Slab
In areas where the concrete slab itself is failing due to temperature shock, extremely heavy-duty traffic, or other special conditions, Tufco can demolish the existing slab and replace it with our Polymer Slab. Made entirely of our Tufcrete Urethane, and installed with rebar and expanded metal, this system is designed for blast freezers and waste management sites where all else fails.
